The brief for this job was to create a set of selection specifications, for the exterior and interior, to be used on this new home build.

We created a custom scheme, that could be adapted to any new home build. 

Whilst budget conscious, it is also cohesive and beautiful, ensuring to suit a variety of tastes and adapt to many decorating styles.

This home went on to win a Merit Award at the 2018-2019 MBA Excellence in Housing NSW for the best contract homes between $500,001-$650,000.
